Terms & Conditions

Client Responsibilities on the Day of Service:

  1. Please ensure that a water spigot is activated and easily accessible for Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Gutter Cleaning services.

  2. Please ensure that all windows and doors are securely shut for Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Gutter Cleaning services.

  3. Clear the work areas of any items, including flags, doormats, vehicles, or sensitive materials, to provide a 3 feet working area for all services.

 

Legally Binding Agreement:

By signing this contract, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Revive Exterior Services reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of a breach of this contract.

Signing a contract with Revive Exterior Services constitutes a binding agreement for the completion of work at an agreed-upon price. Any violation of this contract will result in forfeiture of all deposits made to the company as damages.

 

Quotes/Estimates:

All quotes provided to the customer remain valid for a period of 14 days. Quotes not accepted within this timeframe will be considered void.

 

Cancellations:

Revive Exterior Services understands that plans may change, and cancellations may occur. We request that you inform us of any changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. No-call cancellations will incur an $80 service charge for drive time and fuel. Weather-related changes will be assessed by Revive Exterior Services, noting that rain does not cause window spots.

 

Product Warranties:

All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of the products used. Revive Exterior Services does not offer additional warranties. Any concerns regarding our work should be promptly communicated to Revive Exterior Services

 

Water Usage:

By signing this agreement, you grant Revive Exterior Services permission to utilize an on-site water supply as necessary to complete the specified project without compensation. Additional charges will apply if an exterior water supply is required and not available.

Color and Tone Concerns:

The appearance of wood can be influenced by various factors, including age and weather conditions. While efforts are made to represent the final finish accurately, variances may occur due to differences in wood properties. Customers should anticipate some variation in the overall finish.

 

Courtesy:

During work on your property, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of all individuals by keeping children, pets, and others away from the work area. Children and pets must remain off the work surface for at least 24 hours after completion, particularly for power washing services, for safety reasons.

 

Payments:

Payments to Revive Exterior Services are due as per the contract schedule and can be made by check, cash, or card. Balances are to be settled upon completion of the job at the job site for residential services. Late charges will be applied to any balances not paid according to the contract terms. The customer is responsible for any collection costs incurred by Revive Exterior Services, including the right to attach a mechanic’s lien for non-payment.

 

Scheduling:

While we strive to minimize scheduling conflicts, inclement weather and other factors beyond our control may affect project start and completion dates. Customers will be notified of any changes to the schedule.

 

Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents:

The removal and replacement of items such as grills, deck furniture, and planters are the homeowner's responsibility. Revive Exterior Services will not be liable for any damage, breakage, or storage issues related to the removal of these items.

 

Damages:

Revive Exterior Services is not liable for damages resulting from factors such as improperly installed siding, loose shingles or siding, broken or opened windows, or defective construction. Customers should also note that power washing may accentuate faded aspects of vinyl or aluminum siding, for which Revive Exterior Services is not responsible.

 

Stains:

Some stains, such as tree sap or paint splatters, may not be removable by conventional power washing methods. Customers will be informed of such limitations during the quoting process.

 

Watertight:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property is in good repair and weather-tight, including electrical services, doors, and windows. Revive Exterior Services is not liable for damages resulting from water infiltration due to poor installation or maintenance of these items.

 

Window Spotting:

Water spotting on windows resulting from soft washing or pressure washing services is not included in the service. Customers should inquire about pricing for window cleaning if desired.

 

Concrete:

The appearance of concrete surfaces may vary depending on factors such as initial pouring and curing conditions. Cleaning concrete surfaces may reveal imperfections previously hidden by dirt and stains.

 

Photography and Videography Consent:

Revive Exterior Services reserves the right to capture photos or videos of the customer's residence for promotional use. By agreeing to this, the customer acknowledges that Revive Exterior Services may, at its discretion, share these visual materials on social media platforms for marketing purposes.

 

Agreement to Terms:

Acceptance of an estimate indicates the Client's agreement to all specified conditions. Streak Free Window Cleaning commits to completing the work outlined in the proposal/estimate. Liability for property damage is waived unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Damage to loose siding, windows, paint, or wood trim is the responsibility of the owner.
